If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect product, you may return it within 14 days after arrival for a full refund.

If 14 days have passed since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund of any kind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping if the order qualified for free shipping. If shipping was paid for by customer then we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
